The Ultimate Wedding Week Checklist

A Stress-Free Start to Your Big Day

Planning for your wedding morning is just as crucial as the rest of the wedding preparations. It's a time for relaxation, pampering, and anticipation. To ensure you have a smooth and stress-free start to your big day, we've crafted the ultimate wedding morning checklist. Follow these steps to make your wedding morning memorable and enjoyable.

The Week Prior

Write Your Vows

We can never stress this enough to get this done as soon as possible. They can certainly be edited the night before the wedding, but this is not an undertaking you want to do during hair and makeup (when you should be getting pampered!)

Hair and Makeup Schedule

Communicate with your stylists to ensure you have a realistic timeframe for completion, and also communicate to your bridal party when they need to be to the room by and getting dressed. Assigned each person their own times is also a must in order to keep on schedule (and less questions asked!).

Create a Playlist and Pack a Speaker

Assign someone from the wedding party to create a fun and calming playlist to have while getting hair and makeup done, along with a charged speaker!

Emergency Kit

Create and keep a wedding emergency kit nearby for any last-minute mishaps, if you don't have a planner. Check out our Amazon List for inspiration!

The Night Before

Flat Lay Details

Put everything you want for your flat lay shots into your wedding day shoe box. That way when your photographer arrives, it's all in one place. Things like your invitation suite, ring box (make sure your partner's ring is in there already!), jewelry, etc.

Hangover Prevention

We all know the night before a wedding day comes with so much excitement of seeing everyone before your last name changes and with that can come some adult beverages. Order some Unbooze and take some before finally getting some rest to wake up refreshed and for an early morning (use my code CASEYANDCO10 at checkout to save 10%).

The Morning Of

Wake Up Early

Begin your day with ample time to avoid rushing. Wake up early to savor the calm and start your day with a peaceful mindset.

Enjoy a Healthy Breakfast

Fuel your body for the day ahead with a nutritious breakfast. Opt for light and energizing options like fruits, yogurt, and whole grains.

Water, Water and More Water

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. It will help you feel refreshed and focused while there could be some chaos around you. But that does not mean you can't have a mimosa (or two) ;)

Shower and Skincare

Indulge in a soothing shower (being sure not to wash your hair!) and follow your skincare routine. Slap on some eye masks, hydrate your skin and keep it glowing for the day's events.

Relax and Trust Your Team

Trust the professionals you've hired for the day. Let go of any last-minute worries and enjoy the process.

Be Present and Have Fun

Most importantly, be present and have fun! This is your day, and it's meant to be joyous. Surround yourself with positive energy and embrace the love around you.

By following this ultimate wedding morning checklist, you'll set the tone for a day filled with love, joy, and beautiful memories. Enjoy every moment as you prepare to embark on this incredible journey with your partner.
