At Casey & Co. Events, our team is not just passionate about planning weddings; we are devoted to crafting boutique and intentional celebrations. Let us be your guide in creating a celebration that reflects your love, uniqueness, and dreams. Together, we'll make your wedding day a masterpiece.

Meet Casey
I am the owner, lead designer, and heart behind Casey & Co. Events. Originally from the charming Hudson Valley in New York, I followed my lifelong passion for weddings and events to Rhode Island, where I pursued a degree from Johnson & Wales University.
With over a decade of hands-on experience across the event and hospitality industry, from working with a renowned wedding planner to serving in roles like Event Specialist, Sales Manager, and Marketing Coordinator for top catering companies in Newport and Massachusetts, I had the privilege of seeing this industry from every angle. That foundation led me to launch Casey & Co. Events in 2021, where my passion truly found its home.
I believe no two weddings should ever feel the same. My approach is deeply personal, creative, and collaborative, rooted in the belief that your wedding should feel like an extension of you. From our very first Discovery Call to the final toast on your wedding day, I am here to ensure you feel seen, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
As a boutique planning company, we intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on so that each of our couples receives the attention, care, and expertise they deserve. It’s an absolute honor to turn your vision into reality, and I consider it a joy to play a role in one of life’s most meaningful milestones.
With every wedding, my love for this work only grows—and I can’t wait to share that passion with you.

What is your favorite part of the wedding day?
The moment right before the first look or walking down the aisle. There is so much emotion tied into this moment of seeing each other for the first time, and the anticipation for the bride and groom is sweet. There is a level of nervousness, excitement, and joy that can't be contained! After they see each other and exchange super sweet vows, I just hide in the corner with silent happy tears.
Where would your Dream Wedding Destination be to plan?
Anywhere tropical! I have convinced my husband to do a 10 year vow renewal somewhere warm, ideally Hawaii. We're halfway to that vow renewal and I am already dreaming about it!!
Three Things I Can’t Live Without
-
My family - my husband and our two sons. Our little family unit is so special and my life revolves around them!
-
Caffeine - typically soda (Mountain Dew...I know, so weird) gives me the boost to keep going each day.
-
Warm, sunny days - I am definitely the type that prefers hibernating in the cold weather...I live for warmth & sunshine and can't wait for spring/summer/fall after a New England winter.

Lindsay Cullen
Lead Event Planner
Lindsay has been with Casey & Co. Events since the 2023 season. Her "go with the flow" attitude and anticipating the needs for our couples before they're even spoken provides, not only our team, but our couples with ease on a wedding day.
What is your favorite part of the wedding day?
My favorite part of the day is when the bride and groom see everything for the first time - both the ceremony and reception spaces. The decor each couple selects is so representative of who they are as a couple. The uniqueness of each design amazes me and I love seeing that it reflects them. The shocked faces seeing it pulled together cannot be be and gives me the feeling of "job well done"!
Where would your Dream Wedding Destination be to plan?
A wedding on Lake Como in Italy is easily at the top of the list! The thought of a smaller 80-100 person wedding right on an estate lawn with views of the lake are unmatched! If I had to pick a domestic location, I would say Napa or Sonoma in California. The rolling vineyards are the perfect backdrop and so different that what we're used to on the coast!

Kalin Silvia
Lead Event Producer & Planner
Kalin has been with Casey & Co. Events since the 2023 season. Since her experience at a local venue as an Assistant Event Manager, she's always had a passion for this industry. Kalin's strongest attribute is being a chameleon for either assisting for getting ready, or on-site coordination and she is always there to tackle whatever the wedding day brings.
What is your favorite part of the wedding day?
The toasts/speeches! The toasts and speeches really kick off the wedding celebration for the couple now that their nerves have settled and they’re officially married!! I love to hear what the newlyweds family and closest friends share in terms of the history of their relationship, how much they mean to them, when they knew they were the perfect match and how they’ll incorporate the newest addition or the family.
Where would your Dream Wedding Destination be to plan? love weddings that are around some type of water! With this being said, I think a greek island such as Santorini or Mykonos would provide breathtaking water views, not to mention the weather is almost perfect there in season!

Abbie Harris
Associate Event Producer
Abbie has been with Casey & Co. Events since the 2023 season. Since becoming engaged in 2022 and getting married in 2023, Abbie developed a love for this industry. Abbie's strongest attribute on the team is coordinating on-site with vendor load in and setting up. With her on-site there's no worries in our minds while continuously providing such a calming presence in the midst of any chaos.
What is your favorite part of the wedding day?
I love when the newlyweds make their grand entrance into the reception. Being a part of the venue set up, the transformation of it is always incredible to witness. However, seeing the new husband and wife be so happy in the space while their guests are cheering them on is what makes it special. That electric feeling is when the venue truly comes to life and everyone is ready to party!
Where would your Dream Wedding Destination be to plan?Somewhere like Montana or Wyoming on a ranch (Yellowstone vibes) would be a dream to plan! The mountains, horses and wide open fields would make for such beautiful and memorable scenery for all who attend. Not to mention the cool cowboy hats you can wear!
